Making a habit of daily exercise can help your body and mind. Exercise has been shown to help the muscles, heart, bones, lungs, but also the mind. Improved mental health such as a decrease in
depression has been associated with increased physically activity.
So keep moving!
Lean muscle mass can be improved with exercise. Muscle strengthening helps back, body and balance.
